Mental Toughness Basketball Camps are for boys and girls entering 4th - 12th Grade. This camp offers an experience that incorporates body and mind connection on the court allowing players to grow beyond your comfort zone and enables you to excellence in Basketball.

 Youth Basketball Camp are for Boys and Girls entering 3rd - 8th Grade. 
​Develop the skills you actually need to play at the next level.

  • Basketball foundational skills – ball control, shooting, passing, vision, movement
  • How to improve basketball athleticism, balance, and coordination
  • How to make layups with contact

Designed for boys and girls entering 4th - 12th Grade looking to make their shooting technique more efficient, their shot more accurate, and footwork flawless.

  • How to shoot off the bounce, off the pass, and while being contested 
  • Europe's most difficult shooting drills
  • The importance of rhythm and footwork with shooting
